My Story
I have been a public servant since 2012, dedicating my career to various law enforcement roles with a strong emphasis on community policing and training. My motivation stems from a deep-rooted desire to help others, fueled by the personal loss of a dear friend in a tragic drive-by incident. I resolved to become an agent of change, actively working to improve the system. Upon entering public service, I quickly recognized the need for transformation within the policing culture itself.
